Terms & Conditions of Trade
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all quotations, orders, and supply of goods by Green Energy Warehouse (“we”, “our”, “us”) to the customer (“you”, “your”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or accepting delivery, you agree to these Terms.
1. Quotes & Orders
All quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices quoted are exclusive of GST unless specified.
Orders are subject to stock availability at the time of acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse orders placed without sufficient business or trade details (ABN, licence, or equivalent).
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received in full, unless a prior account arrangement is in place.
You are responsible for any bank fees, merchant fees, or charges associated with your payment.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide via selected freight and courier partners.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, supply chain issues, or events beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address or collection point.
Any visible damage or shortages must be reported to us in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Returns & Warranty
Returns are only accepted where required by law or by prior written agreement.
Incorrectly ordered or change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return freight charges.
All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty (where applicable).
Warranty claims must be lodged with proof of purchase and details of the fault.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the replacement of goods, supply of equivalent goods, or refund of the purchase price.
We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or special losses including installation costs, downtime, or loss of profits.
You are responsible for ensuring goods are suitable for your intended purpose.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to supply goods where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, natural disasters, transport delays, or government restrictions.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
